God’s Word definitively demonstrates that there is only one way to be made right in the eyes of holy God and have relationship with Him. Even as far back as Abraham four thousand years ago, God made clear that His promise would come through one blood line, as it pointed to the one Savior, Jesus Christ. Abraham awaited the son of promise, Isaac, even as he prayed for the son of human effort, Ishmael. Though God would bless Ishmael, His promise would come through Isaac. It is only by God’s work and God’s plan that we are saved. Join us to explore what ancient history tells us about salvation.
